Natalie Fitch joined Morgan Stanley Investment Management (“MSIM”) in January 2025 as an Executive Director, Alternatives Consultant Relations, where she focuses on driving results across MSIM’s robust Alternative Investments platform.
Prior to joining MSIM, Natalie spent nearly 15 years at Hamilton Lane where she led institutional client portfolio management in the West U.S. for one of the world’s largest private markets investment platforms. She was responsible for all aspects of dedicated client relationships including strategic planning, building and maintaining diversified portfolios, regular communication of investment insight and facilitation access to firm data and resources. She also was a member of the private equity investment team where she conducted comprehensive due diligence on potential private equity fund investments and monitored general partner relationships. In 2019, Natalie received the Chief Investment Officer Magazine’s Knowledge Broker Award recognizing the industry’s most influential consultants, curated from the recommendations of CIOs.
Natalie serves on the Investment Committee of the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance.
Natalie earned her B.S. from Cornell University, graduating cum laude with a major in Applied Economics and Management.
