Sancia Dalley is a Managing Director at PGIM, the global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) with US$1.38 trillion in assets under management. Since 2023, Sancia has been leading the firm’s Emerging Manager program, where she drives the strategy to build and expand investments in next generation asset managers with a performance first lens that is inclusive and long-term. For the past decade, Sancia has advised and convened allocators and managers who controlled over $7 trillion of AUM in their environmental, social and governance strategies while creating opportunities to advocate for, and connect capital to, emerging and diverse managers in the industry. Sancia has been at Prudential/PGIM for two years.
